Subject: Systems Biology Center NY Summer Undergrad Fellowship Program 2008


Dear Dr. Xiang,

Dean Small has been working closely with Dr. Ravi Iyengar, Director of the
Systems Biology Center New York at Mount Sinai School of Medicine to
organize a unique summer research opportunity for undergraduate students in
NYC.  Students from the biological, physical, mathematical, and engineering
sciences interested in conducting systems biology research may apply for
this 10-week program.  Attached is a flyer for distribution to your
undergraduate students.  In addition, we will be sending announcement
posters as soon as they are available.  A faculty committee will review all
applications and select 5-6 students to be accepted into the program.  More
information can be found by following the link in the "Research Today" box
on the CUNY Research homepage <http://www.cuny.edu/research>.

The Application Deadline is Friday, April 18, 2008.
