Subject: Two Offerings for Students

Chairs--

We have some information to share with you that should be of interest to
your students.

1. 50 new paid IT internships with the Department of Education. We are
expanding our CITY Internship Program into the Department of Education. We
expect to have approximately 50 openings for interns to provide in-school
tech support at schools across all 5 boroughs starting in September.

2. CUNY School of Professional Studies (SPS) Fall courses. SPS will be
offering two classes in the fall 2008 semester: Programming with VB.NET
and, new this semester, Programming with PHP. The attached flyers include
more detailed information, including schedule, cost and registration
information.

If you could distribute the attached flyers through any channels you have
for reaching students, we would appreciate it.
