Currently, the IT division of my company is looking for entry level IT 
developers.

Qualified applicants should have: 
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or the equivalent in 
training and experience. 
Working knowledge of at least one of the major databases, and proficiency 
in at least one development language. 
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. 
The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent lawful resident.
